Goals, activities and projected/achieved results:
MOLDIFLEX is a company that operates in the mold manufacturing (cutters) and flexographic (stamps) sectors for the graphic arts sector. The company is present in the national market and also in foreign markets such as Angola and Spain. The company was created to fill a failure in the national market to create solutions in this line, previously resorting the market to mainly Spanish companies.
MOLDIFLEX aims to achieve the following:
- Develop new products, focusing on innovation, design and quality;
- Increase the number of clients (national and international), by 5%;
- Increase national and international turnover by 33%;
- Consolidate the research and development strategy through partnerships with Universities / Technological Centers;
- Brake through new markets that were not previously included, with plans to expand to three new international markets: France, Morocco and Egypt;
- Adapt the organization to the new ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System standard;
- Certify the organization at an environmental level ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System (SGA);
- Increase the number of Employees by 2, with a qualification level greater than 6.
